Planning
Athletes send availability the way people talk: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, a long one on Sunday. Paste their messages in, from email, WhatsApp or anywhere else, and it matches each one to the right athlete and turns it into days and time windows.
You see every athlete's week before anything is written. On your yes, each day becomes an availability or rest day note on that athlete's calendar, ready to plan around, by you or by Plan the week ahead. The coaching decisions stay with you.
How to run it
1
Paste the prompt
Open Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI and paste it. Fill in anything in square brackets.
2
Or install the file
Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills for Claude Code, or ~/.agents/skills for Codex and Gemini CLI. Then run it as a Skill by name each time.
3
Let it run
A scheduled skill runs on your own computer, so it has to be on. Everything it reads is your data, through your key.

THE PROMPT AND FILE
I'll paste my athletes' messages about their availability for next week, however they arrived. Match each message to an athlete I coach in Vekta, and ask me if a name is unclear. Turn each one into days and time windows, Monday to Sunday, marking any day they cannot train as a rest day. Never guess a time they did not give. Show me one line per athlete per day before writing anything. On my yes, create an availability note on that athlete's calendar for each available day, with the time window as the title and any detail in the content, and a rest day note for each day off. If that athlete already has an availability or rest day note for the day, update it instead of adding another. If I coach an athlete in more than one workspace, ask me which one. Tell me what was created, athlete by athlete. Docs: api.joinvekta.com/openapi.json
