Onboarding
When an athlete joins your programme it reads their whole history in Vekta: how complete the data is, volume and intensity season by season, the power-duration curve and phenotype, CP and W′ trends, the blocks they responded to, and every race with its demands, pacing and late-race power.
It closes with the strengths and limiters the data shows and the evidence for each. Missing data is treated as missing, not zero. The coaching decisions stay with you.
How to run it
1
Paste the prompt
Open Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI and paste it. Fill in anything in square brackets.
2
Or install the file
Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills for Claude Code, or ~/.agents/skills for Codex and Gemini CLI. Then run it as a Skill by name each time.
3
Let it run
A scheduled skill runs on your own computer, so it has to be on. Everything it reads is your data, through your key.
What it touches
Reads from Vekta
Every ride, race, planned session and daily metric in their history
Writes to Vekta
Nothing. It only reads.

THE PROMPT AND FILE
[Name] has just joined our programme. Build a full assessment from their history in Vekta. Start with how complete their data is. Cover volume and intensity season by season, power-duration curve and phenotype, CP and W′ trends, which blocks they responded to, long breaks, and a breakdown of every race: demands, pacing and late-race power. Close with the strengths and limiters the data shows, and the evidence for each. Leave the coaching decisions to me. Treat missing data as missing, not zero. Docs: api.joinvekta.com/openapi.json
Reports
Training Response Report
A progress report for every athlete you coach, over 7, 30 or 60 days, written for them: the verdict, the numbers and how the body responded.
Monitoring
Coach Command Centre
A morning page that reads every athlete you coach and ranks who to look at first, with load, recovery, compliance and the next three days.
Analysis
Planned versus performed
A check of every session you planned against what each athlete actually rode, interval by interval, and flags where compliance or power is slipping.
