Scheduling
Every morning at nine it reads each athlete's last 48 hours in Vekta: sessions against the plan, RPE and feeling against the session's intent, notes waiting for a reply, and HRV, resting heart rate and sleep against that athlete's own normal range.
It ranks who needs your attention first, one line each with the evidence, and lists everyone else as on track. Paste it once. It runs every morning after that.
How to run it
1
Paste the prompt
Open Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI and paste it. Fill in anything in square brackets.
2
Or install the file
Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills for Claude Code, or ~/.agents/skills for Codex and Gemini CLI. Then run it as a Skill by name each time.
3
Let it run
A scheduled skill runs on your own computer, so it has to be on. Everything it reads is your data, through your key.
What it touches
Reads from Vekta
Rides, planned sessions, RPE and feel, notes, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep
Writes to Vekta
Nothing. It only reads.

THE PROMPT AND FILE
Run this now, then every morning at 9am: review each athlete I coach in Vekta over the last 48 hours. Flag missed or modified sessions, RPE or feeling out of line with the session's intent, notes that need a reply, and HRV, resting heart rate or sleep outside their own normal range. Rank who needs my attention first, one line each with the evidence. List everyone else as on track. Docs: api.joinvekta.com/openapi.json
Monitoring
Coach Command Centre
A morning page that reads every athlete you coach and ranks who to look at first, with load, recovery, compliance and the next three days.
Analysis
Planned versus performed
A check of every session you planned against what each athlete actually rode, interval by interval, and flags where compliance or power is slipping.
