Quick prompt
Made for
Coaches
Runs
Every day
Topics
Compliance
It reads the comments you have already left on your athletes' sessions to learn how you write: length, tone, what you pick up on. Each morning it drafts one comment for every session from the day before, from the session's data, the plan it was meant to follow and what the athlete logged.
Thirty athletes' sessions become one list you edit in a single pass. Only the comments you approve are posted, as you, and each one notifies the athlete on their phone. It drafts. The coaching decisions stay with you.
How to run it
1
Paste the prompt
Open Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI and paste it. Fill in anything in square brackets.
2
Or install the file
Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills for Claude Code, or ~/.agents/skills for Codex and Gemini CLI. Then run it as a Skill by name each time.
3
Let it run
A scheduled skill runs on your own computer, so it has to be on. Everything it reads is your data, through your key.
What it touches
Reads from Vekta
Rides, planned sessions, RPE and feel, comments
Writes to Vekta
Comments on your athletes' sessions, only the ones you approve

THE PROMPT AND FILE
Run this now, then every morning at 8am. First, read the comments I have written myself on my athletes' sessions in Vekta over the last 60 days (the author is me; leave out Vekta's automatic summaries and my athletes' replies) and describe my style in five lines: length, tone, what I pick up on, how I open and sign off. Save it to a file, reuse it each morning and refresh it once a month. Then draft one comment for every session my athletes recorded yesterday, in that style, from the session's own data against its planned session, the RPE and feeling they logged, and anything they wrote. Show the drafts numbered and grouped by athlete, so I can edit, cut or approve them in one pass. Post only the ones I approve, as me, and tell me which were posted. Every post notifies the athlete, so never post a draft I have not approved, and never use a number the session does not show. Docs: api.joinvekta.com/openapi.json
Monitoring
Morning check-in
An automatic morning review of every athlete you coach, and ranks who needs your attention first.
Analysis
Planned versus performed
A check of every session you planned against what each athlete actually rode, interval by interval, and flags where compliance or power is slipping.
