Built by Ruffaut Cycling System
This plan is created by Loïc Ruffaut, a coach who has prepared more than 150 athletes for goals ranging from first-time challenges to professional racing. His work is grounded in practical experience, not theory. Loïc has raced L’Étape du Tour at the front and finished second overall in the 2022 edition on Alpe d’Huez. He has also coached several riders to top ten finishes in recent years. He brings that same level of detail and preparation to this plan, building a complete six month structure that reflects the demands of the event and the progression required to perform on race day.
